    125 g coarse grain rice, Verde Valle®
    ¾ litros de leche
    80 g sugar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 eggs
    250 g strawberries
    Icing Sugar

    125 g butter
    100 g sugar
    250 g flour
    1 egg
Preparación

Preparation

For the base:

CHURN butter until it gets spongy, add sugar, then egg and at last flour to form dough.

SPREAD dough over a table with a rolling pin, wrap tartlets containers and settle.

For the stuffing:

STIR milk with rice, sugar, vanilla, cook over low heat until rice gets ready. Let it get warm and add eggs beating strongly.

STUFF the bases of tartlets with rice.

BAKE at 180° C from 30 to 40 minutes or until tartlets get browned. Let them cool and take away from containers.

DECORATE with strawberries to your liking. Sprinkle icing sugar.
