    3 cups pinto bean, Verde Valle®, cooked and grounded
    2 cup chicken breasts, cooked and frayed
    ½ cup cream
    100 g cheese, grated
    12 thin tortillas
    ½ red onion
    ½ cup fried chorizo
    Enough oil for frying

Preparation

HEAT oil in a frying pan, fry tortillas, you have to do this very quickly so they don´t get hard.

ADD beans, soak the tortillas in another hot pan with the bean soup. Take them out quickly and stuff with chicken. Form a triangle and place it on the plate where you are going to serve.

COVER with more hot beans, decorate with cream, grated cheese, fried chorizo and onion if you want it.

SERVE immediately.
