    2 cups chickpeas, Verde Valle®, cooked
    2 bunches spinach
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    4 garlic cloves, chopped
    ½ onion, chopped
    1 pinch cummin
    Salt

Preparation

COOK chickpeas with abundant water and salt in your press cooker until they get soft, but firm. Wash and disinfect spinachs; take away stalks and drain.

HEAT oil, fry garlic and onion until they look transparent, add spinachs and drained chickpeas, season with cummin and salt.

COOK until spinachs get soft.

SERVE immediately.
